Shipping Policy

ATTENTION WASHINGTON STATE CUSTOMERS: Yotamasters can no longer drop ship products to the state of Washington. All shipments to Washington will come from our warehouse in Corona, CA. This may cause delays in getting your parts to you due to Washington's Sales Tax Nexus laws.

Yotamasters is committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship in 1-2 business days, but we will contact you if any items are not expected to ship within 3 business days.

Most orders are shipped from our retail location in Corona, CA, but some items may come from remote locations around the USA. You might receive multiple shipments for your order.

Orders over $250 ship free, with some exceptions for heavy or large items.

Shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, and Ground shipping.

USPS Ground Advantage: This method is typically the most affordable, but has a longer transit time than USPS Priority or Ground shipping, usually 2-5 business days, but it may take longer.

USPS Priority: This method has a 1-3 day transit time almost anywhere in the USA.

Ground Shipping: This method is typically shipped via UPS Ground, but we may use FedEx Ground or USPS Priority depending on transit times and shipping costs to your location.

Shipping costs calculated on our website are estimates only, though they rarely vary.

Returns:

There is currently a 15% Restocking fee for all returns on items correctly shipped by Yotamasters, as long as the customer is acting in good faith and the items are in a new, resellable condition. Please call us to ensure the parts you are ordering fit your project's application if you are unsure of fitment.

 

Please contact us via replying to your order email and we can provide you with a return shipping label if needed. Once your returned items are received, we will refund you using the original payment method, minus the cost of the return shipping and handling. Returns must be in “as originally shipped” condition to be considered for a refund. Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery on items that were correctly shipped by Yotamasters. Shipping costs are not refundable.
